Great work, great procces, handle easy, just depends on the people how they handle the machine and quality.
I have tried many different metal polishes over the years on a variety of aluminum and stainless surfaces and the Pro40 is now my go-to. Aggressive enough to cut through imperfections and leaves a nice slick finish when allowed to dry per the instructions. I liked it so much I also bought the 32oz bottle so I don't run out. Thank you Zephyr!
What a difference these products make, the clay bars and proper wheels are just what we needed. The photos are real, the tank was pretty beat up. Using the brown and green bars made easy work of getting them back to being respectful.
Can’t believe what a difference between using the clay bars with the correct wheels makes compares to using polish and foam pads.
Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Broke in the buffing wheel to take compound and cleaned crud off wheel when it needed it.
I just recently bought my very first set of forged wheels and I know it was going to be expensive to paid someone to get them polished for me so I decided to buy this product and I was curious about it and decided to work on it and the results I got at then I am so amazed by the results I let y’all judge the picture
I've been polishing aluminum for a lot of years, mostly on motorcycles. A Friend asked me to do a custom fan shroud for a 66 Mustang he built. I started with the sanding and then on to my mops. I soon found out this required larger tools. I researched kits and bought the Super Shine Polishing Kit. This is amazing, once the sanding is done, if you have to, hit it with big orange and let it eat. What a quick way to polish, using the Pro 50 Eliminator between the different rouges really helps. I tried going to the Joker pad without using it first. Once the polish goes on at the end everything shines. Next week, my first time doing the wheels on a Friend's Freightliner. A couple of pics when I started and finished.
The shroud turned out like a mirror, unfortunately I'm unable to post/paste pictures to your page.
Removes the black marks and leaves an awesome shine
We have used polishing compound bars, and polishing wheels on our old airstream. They work great and the service from Zephyr is great.
I apologize but it’s still new and in the bottle. The trucks I’ve been getting haven’t needed the tire shine because they been done already!
