Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RMA- (Returned Merchandise Authorization) to start an RMA, please contact us at sales@zephyrpro40.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted. Return freight will only be paid for by Zephyr when items are received damaged or defective at time of delivery to customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A restocking fee of 15% will apply for any refurbishing or repackaging required to be saleable at the sole discretion of seller.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Items that are partially used, altered from their original condition, are not in their original packaging are non-returnable.

Exchanges
If a product is ordered by mistake, and you want a different product, please contact Zephyr immediately. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to Zephyr at customer’s expense. Returned items must be in original condition and resalable. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
